Where this data comes from
NHTSA vPIC — the US Department of Transportation’s own public VIN database. It is the same source most paid decoders resell, which is why this can be free.
It is not interchange data, and a blank field means NHTSA has no record of that variable — not that the vehicle lacks the feature.
