Where the industry is
AI can finally write a parts listing. It still cannot be trusted with the count.
Software that takes quantity one seriously.
Yards have been listing parts online for twenty years, and the software industry solved the easy half: getting a part described, priced and put in front of a buyer. With AI, that half is about to get very cheap for everyone.
The hard half never got solved. A used part came off one car — there is exactly one of it. The moment it sells anywhere, it has to be gone everywhere. Almost every tool on the market keeps that count in three places and reconciles them on a timer, and the gap between those timers is where the double-sell lives.
We made the other design decision. One record owns the count and every channel reads it — none keep a copy. The agent drafts each listing from the donor vehicle; a person approves it; a sale on any channel ends the listing on every other, verified against the channel rather than assumed. The approval step, the ninety-day history and per-yard isolation are the same instinct applied to every corner of the job.
We are early, and we say so: the product is in private beta with a waitlist, and this site carries no customer logos, no testimonials and no time-saved figures — because we do not have them yet. What it does carry is the mechanism, in full, on the product page.

On AI
The agent drafts. It never decides.
AI is finally good enough to write a listing worth publishing. It is not good enough to be trusted with your money or your reputation — so nothing goes live until a person at the yard presses approve, and that screen cannot be turned off.
On truth
Verified, not assumed.
Every publish, update and removal is confirmed against the channel after the write. A failure is retried and reported. The dashboard never claims something happened when it did not — a comforting lie is still a lie.
On your data
Your inventory is yours.
Every record carries the yard it belongs to, enforced at the database layer, not by a check somewhere in the application. No yard can see another yard. And you will find no invented numbers on this site — when a real yard gives us one, it will be the strongest thing here.
