What this page covers

YardTerminal is in private beta and this site is a waiting list. The only personal data we collect here is what you type into the form: your email address, and optionally your yard name. This page describes that. When the product opens, a fuller policy will cover the data you store inside it.

What we collect

• Your email address, because it is the only way to tell you when we open.
• Your yard name, if you give it, so the first email we send is not generic.
• Which part of the page you signed up from, so we know which explanation worked.

We do not ask for a phone number, a company size, a budget or a job title, because we would only be collecting them to sell to you harder later.

What we do with it

We email you when the product opens to new yards. That is the purpose you gave it to us for, and it is the only thing we use it for. No newsletter unless you ask for one, no drip sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after launch if you never became a customer - whichever comes first. A waiting list that outlives its own purpose is just a list of people who forgot they were on it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will do it - there is no form and no waiting period. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics we will use a tool that does not identify individuals, and this page will be updated before it goes live rather than after.
