What this page covers

YardTerminal is a product of Indepth Solution, and Indepth Solution is the company responsible for the data described on this page — if you want it deleted, that is who you are asking. YardTerminal is in private beta and this site is a waiting list. The only personal data we collect here is what you type into the form: your email address, and whatever else you choose to add. When the product opens, a fuller policy will cover the data you store inside it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, because they are the only way to tell you when we open.
• Your yard or business name, and the city and state it is in.
• Roughly how many parts you list a month, and what system you use today.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it. The field is optional and marked so.
• Which part of the page you signed up from, so we know which explanation worked.

We ask about your listing volume and your current system because they decide who we can onboard first and what an import has to be able to read - not so we can sell to you harder. We do not ask for a budget, a job title, or a decision-making timeline.

What we do with it

We email you when the product opens to new yards. That is the purpose you gave it to us for, and it is the only thing we use it for. No newsletter unless you ask for one, no drip sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after launch if you never became a customer - whichever comes first. A waiting list that outlives its own purpose is just a list of people who forgot they were on it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will do it - there is no form and no waiting period. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and sells nothing to advertisers. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and which explanation made them join - it sets its own cookies and assigns your browser an identifier, and we have turned on IP anonymisation. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not connect it to your email address, and we run no advertising or retargeting pixels of any kind. You can block it with any tracker blocker and the site works identically.
