Questions

Everything a yard asks, answered in one place.

Including the ones with an unhelpful answer. A question we have dodged is a question you will ask again after you have moved your inventory.

Does it fit what I already run?

No. Not today, and there is no date. The channels that exist are eBay Motors, a Shopify storefront, and your counter. If Car-Part.com is where most of your parts move, YardTerminal covers the rest of your channels and not that one — and you should weigh that before you spend any time on it.

No. YardTerminal is not a yard management system and does not try to be. If you run Powerlink, Pinnacle, Checkmate or ITrack, it sits alongside what you have and handles listing and channel inventory. It does not run your dismantling floor, your yard map, your scrap tickets or your accounting.

No. We do not hold a license to that data. Fitment is built from the donor vehicle rather than looked up in a licensed catalogue, and part numbering is interchange-compatible without being Hollander. If your listing process depends on an interchange lookup today, this is the limit most likely to matter to you.

Your channel accounts are yours, and your live listings keep running on them. We do not list under our own accounts, so there is nothing for us to switch off that takes your storefront with it. Export your records and you are where you started.

How it works

Not set yet, and we would rather say that than invent a number. The plans above are indicative. Waitlist members get the pricing first and a founding rate that doesn't move.

No. You can keep listing by hand alongside YardTerminal. Most yards move over gradually, one category at a time.

We import them and match them to your inventory. Anything we cannot match with confidence is put in front of you rather than guessed at.

Yes. Separate inventory, separate staff and separate permissions per yard, one login across all of them.

No. Every record carries the yard it belongs to and every query is filtered by it at the database layer, not by a check somewhere in the application. It is enforced, not promised.

You catch it at approval, because nothing publishes without one. Correct it and the correction is remembered for your yard.

We are onboarding in small groups through 2026 so we can sit with each yard properly. Join the list and you will hear from a person, not a sequence.

Cost and commitment

Everything on your plan: every channel, every feature, no listing cap. No card up front, and nothing charges automatically when the month ends.

Waiting list members get the launch price fixed in writing before any payment is taken. That rate stays for as long as you remain a customer on that plan.

Move to Operator when you need more yards, channels or staff. We will not make you re-enter inventory to change plan.
