What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to joining the waiting list. They do not cover the YardTerminal product, because it is not generally available and nothing is being sold. A separate agreement will govern the product before anyone is charged for it.

The waiting list

• Joining the list is free and creates no obligation on either side.
• It does not guarantee access, a place in any particular group, or a launch date.
• You can leave at any time by replying to any email from us or by writing to us.

About the pricing shown on this site

The prices on this site are indicative and are labelled as such. They are not an offer, they are not final, and they may change before launch. Nothing is charged during the beta. If we tell a waiting list member they have a founding rate, we will honour that in writing before any payment is taken.

What we say about the product

The product is under active development. We describe what it does and where it stops, and we have deliberately left out claims we cannot yet evidence - customer numbers, time savings, testimonials. Features described here may change as we build with early yards.

Using this site

The content, design and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, quote it, and link to it. Do not scrape it for republication, and do not attempt to disrupt it or access parts of it that are not public.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care that what it says is accurate, but we are not liable for loss arising from relying on a pre-launch marketing page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date at the top of this page is the last time they changed. Material changes affecting waiting list members will be emailed, not quietly published.
