ARA's 83rd Annual Convention

We open the beta the same month ARA meets in Atlanta.

If you are going to the convention in October and you are tired of typing the same part into three sites, this page is the short version of what we have built and what we have not.

Dates
14-17 October 2026
Location
Atlanta, Georgia
Where we will be
Not exhibiting - book a call instead

ARA's 83rd Annual Convention & Exposition. Programme, venue and registration are published by ARA - see the official convention page. Details here were checked on 1 September 2026.

The dates, and why we are naming them

The convention is ARA's, not ours. We are naming it because the timing is not a coincidence we can pretend about.

The convention
ARA's 83rd Annual Convention & Exposition runs 14-17 October 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia. Programme, venue and registration are on ARA's own site, which is the source of truth for all three.
Our beta opens the same month
October 2026. That is not timed to the show - it is when the software is ready - but it does mean the first yards using this in anger will be doing so during the same weeks the industry is in one room.
We are not exhibiting
No stand, no sponsorship, no speaking slot. If that changes this page will say so with a booth number on it. We would rather be findable than look bigger than we are.

The AI question, answered before the show

This year's keynote is about AI. Every vendor in that hall will have an answer ready. Here is ours, in writing, beforehand.

The agent drafts. It does not decide.
A model asked for a part number will produce one, and it sounds equally certain whether it read it off the casting or guessed from something similar. So nothing goes public until a person has read it. That costs a few seconds a listing and it is the reason nothing you did not read carries your yard's name.
What that rules out
Fully automatic listing. If the pitch you want is "the AI does it while you sleep", we are not it, and we would rather you learn that from a web page than from a booth conversation.

Three things worth ten minutes

If you only look at three things, these are the ones that are actually different rather than differently worded.

A used part cannot be sold twice
One record owns the count. A sale on any channel ends the listing on every other channel as a consequence of that sale, not at the next sync. For a part that came off one car and has no second unit, that is the whole job rather than a feature.
Fitment is built from the donor vehicle
Not looked up in a licensed interchange catalogue. We do not hold a Hollander licence, and that is a real limit rather than a positioning choice - if your listing process depends on an interchange lookup today, it is the thing most likely to matter to you.
The free tier is not a trial
Fifty listings a month, no expiry, no card. Deleted listings count. Past that there are two paid plans and then a price that scales with volume - there is no "unlimited" anywhere, because there is no such thing.

What we do not have

You are being asked to consider software from a company you have not heard of, by someone who is not at the show. The objections are fair.

Customers
None yet. The beta is the first of them. Anyone telling you otherwise about a product launching in October is telling you something else too.
A track record for this product
The product has none. The company behind it, Indepth Solution, has been operating since 2019 and already does eBay Motors listing work for clients - which is where the specifics on this site come from.
A US phone number
Not yet. Email, WhatsApp and a booking link all reach a person, and that person is the founder.

Book twenty minutes during the show week.

A call, not a demo script. Bring the part you list most often and we will go through what it would take to get it onto two channels without typing it twice.
